I've been asked to list my SMART goals on my SparkPage and this is the only way I know how to do that. Goal 1 Develop a healthier lifestyle by being more conscious of my daily choices and committing to moving more throughout the day Goal 2 Weigh 165 pounds See Goal 1 and add by continuing to track daily and add healthier options without depriving myself and without mindless eating.
