Its been awhile since I have been on here. Its been a year or more. I went through a divorce and with stress I quit watching my weight and let myself gain back what I lost and accomplished. So now Im back to what I originally weighed when I first started. Im not happy with myself for gaining it all back. I had lost 20lbs and now I have to lose it all over again. So Im hoping by starting to log what I eat again and get myself motivated to stay with it and get back to what I once accomplished.
