Day 4 of eating low carb/keto. Took 4 days to lose 2lbs and woke this morning to find i had gained one back even though I did everything perfectly and didn't cheat and my carbs where under 20 grams ... so I went and ate a small Oreo blizzard. You would think that it made me feel better. You would think that it was the best tasting thing that I had had in a week. And for some crazy reason it wasn't. So I have immediately started right back on the diet plan for lunch and dinner and continuing on into next week. I'm not even going to wait until tomorrow. I lost 125 lbs 5 years ago and I was a member here it's in under MMS 416256302 but I can't get into the account for some reason so I had to start a whole new blog. SW 161 CW 160 GW 135
