Started My Walking Regime today

This is my 1st Blog on SP. I started following SP eating plan 3 weeks ago and am down 3 pounds so far. I am aiming to lose 100 pounds in total.
Presently my small weight goal is to lose 25 pounds by mid October before my Bus Trip to NY with friends.
It's been a few years since I weighed under 200 pounds, so my focus is 25 pound increments , once I lose 50 pounds , that will put me at 200 pounds.
Then I'll focus on the last 50 pounds 😁
I've been making up one excuse after another about starting to walk but today I put my foot or feet down lol
And I walked 30 minutes
