So I'm new here but not quite new new. Sparkpeople was my home over 10 years ago and I lost 120lbs with this plan.
I got off track and gained it all back and then a whole lot more.
Almost a year ago I started WW (Formerly known as Weight Watchers). I lost 86lbs with them, but as of late, the motivation and most importantly, I seem to be failing on the plan.
As the points go down I find myself not tracking, and I also feel like I cheat a lot because of the zero point foods.
So today I'm here and starting this because I know I'm hitting the second part of my journey. But I feel guilty as hell. I have so many friends there. A lot of people haven gotten to know me. I feel like I'm letting them down. Which is why I feel guilty, but I know I need to figure out what I need. I need to lose the weight and what's best for me. 🙄🙄
