Stuck in a rut

For the past month or so I've fallen on the wagon. I have been signing in and tracking nutrition and exercise, but nothing more. I'm not staying in my limits and I'm not making changes.
Luckily, I've only gained 1.8 pounds. But I have so much I want to lose still. I need out of this rut. Luckily I started a new challenge. I'm hoping the accountability helps me move forward.
Resetting my goals:
Long term goal: Lose 19 pounds.
Steps:
meal prep - write out my meals for the week on Sunday, after shopping, and then meal prep. I want to reduce eating out for the next month.
C25k running program, weight lift three times a week, cycle twice a week, dot drill and core exercise
