Reaching my goal is a fragile area.

Yes, I've reached my goal but the journey into maintenance is fragile. I ate one half of Mexican Shrimp Fajitas without any tortilla, beans or rice and still gained two pounds. Everything else was normal for the day. It took two days to get it back off. I'm still learning about this new territory I'm in.

    Your experience is exactly the same as I have experienced. It's a narrow margin between maintaining and gaining ,,, at least in the beginning. We will see as time goes on. It appears that going back to what was "normal" eating is a thing of the past. However, evening ice cream is here to stay. I do keep my daily total to under 1200 including the ice cream and not adding any food for the exercise I did. I just calculate the calories I consume.

    I notice with myself that if I don't eat atleast 1100 calories I really don't lose any weight. I don't gain but I don't lose. If I eat more than 1300 calories I tend to gain a little.
