Lost 10kg in 12 weeks

I can't actually believe the difference! There was a lot of hard work (both in the kitchen and the gym) and sacrifice (mostly food and the occasional DOMS) but I managed to lose 10kg (22lbs) in 12 weeks.
I actually didn't meet my goal of 83.9kg which would have taken me out of the obese range, however the massive muscle gain I have concurrently achieved probably skews the BMI reference anyway. Still the perfectionist in me is still trying to reconcile "not quite" hitting my goal. I was 2.2kg (4.85lbs) off.
So what now?
Well I am still a work in progress - I was going to do three 12 week cuts but looking at my body composition after the first successful cut I might only need to do one more!
My plan is to maintain this weight for 3 months to make sure the weight loss settles in at this point (set point theory) and then start all over again!
The most amazing thing about this plan is that I not only lost 10kg but also increased my strength! I have been consistently hitting PRs at the gym throughout my calorie deficit which is actually incredible! SCIENCE IS THE BEST!
I am really excited to see how strong I get in the next 12 weeks now I am eating more and I will definitely keep you updated! I am positive I will get impatient for the next cut so will need your support to stay the course but I am committed to the process and so will do my best!
I have a push/pull meet coming up so am currently training hard for that - Epsom salt baths are saving my life haha and I have also been interviewing for new jobs so life is full (as is my stomach)
15 almonds have never been so satisfying hahaha
