I’m weird, I know. I don’t like chocolate. I don’t hate it or anything but if I was in a room with all the best foods in the world, I’d walk past the chocolate to get to the popcorn or chips. So why do I eat it like a possessed person? I don’t keep it at home, but I eat a ton of it at work. It also makes me feel like total crap-bloated, headachey, tired.
I’m working on staying away from it. It’s my goal for May, but it’s not going well. All I can do is keep trying.
