I started out on fire doing really well. Dropped 7 pounds and lost the spark. I've put three pounds back on due to being lacksidasal.
Being honest with myself is very important. I am one who must plan meals and track food to stay on top of things.
I could get angry at myself for not tracking and putting weight back on but that's not productive. I will grow from my mistakes and move forward.
Onward in my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
