Went for a run. 25 minutes. I’ve been trying to get a run in once a week on Sundays. The rest of the week I’m working on my yoga challenge. (I’m on day 17 today!) And then I just try to get another two or three sessions of high impact during the week. I think it’s helping my depression and definitely makes my body feel a little better.
Around September or October I’m going to join a gym for the winter months so I can keep up being active year round. Something about winter wants to kill me. Every time.
