I want to lose twenty pounds. Spark calculator says I could do this by July 22, 2019. In order to get there, I will:
*Stay in my calorie range by planning my meals and sticking with the plan
*Continue my cardio exercise, but add ST three times a week

    Ya, that's the rate I did last year, 1-2 lbs per week. And same strategy. Works. Best regards.
