39 lbs less!!!

Just like anyone, there are times when my weight fluctuates. I am doing my best to keep on track of my food, water and exercise. a couple of weeks ago I was lying in bed thinking about how SUMMER is usually when I stop taking care of myself. I think I am going to be all right. I have come this far and I am not done yet!!!!
Of course this far into my journey there have been a few times where I can't get to working out! There are days when I don't eat properly or have enough water. So far I haven't allowed small slip ups to derail me. THAT'S LIFE! I have not given up yet or do I plan to!
I have to admit though... when I am away from home, those are the days I find it hardest to stay on track! It times like these the days can get so busy. I can usually at least track breakfast. I am still working on balancing that out. YES! I pack healthy foods that won't go bad. BUT THEN! I leave them behind or I just end up eating something else all together.
I AM TRYING!!!!
