It's Thursday and not Friday but I have to be at the doctor's office tomorrow morning for lab work and BP check-up and the drive is over 30 minutes one way-that is country driving! So I thought I'd do my Friday blog today!
On my birthday, I started going through a pin on pinterest called: '52 Healthy Habits'. I am adding one healthy habit a week. This is week #42 and it's entitled limiting alchol. The challenge is to go a week without alchol.
Now this is easy for me because I don't drink. In fact, my nephew age 20 (single brother's only son) bought a house and is having a open house on Saturday and I am not invited. My married brother feels it's because I don't drink!
I can't believe in a few months it will be my birthday again! Wow!
Spring Self-Care idea is create a outdoor space for myself. Create a little altar where you can leave offerings to nature spirits. Buy a new outdoor chair or patio set so you can enjoy being outside. Use a little plot of land to grow flowers or vegetables.
