Day 6 - The Journey Continues

Well, on Day 5 I came the closest yet to what SP says I should be reaching .... and today for breakfast I was a little low on everything, but came closer .. so, recognizing that we learn by making mistakes and trying new things I can console myself that I am obviously learning and advancing. I do need to find my scale so I can see if there are other benefits ..... In the meantime I focus on tweaking and fixing my eating, increasing my exercise, and practicing mindfulness and self-forgiveness.

    I am so with you on the tweaking and fixing my eating as well as working on shaking my laziest out and actually doing the exercise instead of just thinking about doing it emoticon
    I practice mindfulness , meditation and read positive affirmations daily. It really helps the mind for sure.
    Right now I've been screwing up royally with my eating and being very lazy about exercise 😔

    That is a really good plan. I am having trouble getting my numbers exactly right. I am either way over or way under on almost everything. Although the calories they say I should be eating would make me gain weight if I ate it. They have me at like 2,000 calories for the day but if I eat more than 1200 I actually gain weight.
