Day 6 - The Journey Continues

Well, on Day 5 I came the closest yet to what SP says I should be reaching .... and today for breakfast I was a little low on everything, but came closer .. so, recognizing that we learn by making mistakes and trying new things I can console myself that I am obviously learning and advancing. I do need to find my scale so I can see if there are other benefits ..... In the meantime I focus on tweaking and fixing my eating, increasing my exercise, and practicing mindfulness and self-forgiveness.
