My Last 10 Pounds

I have entered new territory. I've lost all the weight I gained since I got married. I am back to where I started but not at goal yet. The goal is within sight. I can taste it. I can feel it. I know what to do and with more SPARK, I will achieve it.
Starting with this post, I have decided to blog away my last 10 pounds.
How did I get here? Easy. I learned portion control and how to count my calories. I stepped up my activity by doing a lot of walking and adding strength training to my daily life. I decided that I need to keep moving. To keep pushing.
At age 65 and retired, I now have a razor sharp focus on my health. The excuses are gone. The kids have left home. It's all or nothing now.
I am highly motivated.
