Ho, hum, nothing new

Nothing new to report, really. Haven't stepped on the scale since May 1st. Didn't miss a gym day until this week, kiddo got a stomach bug and then I got it. But I feel totally fine today so I'm hoping to hop back into it tomorrow. I got a Fitbit for Mothers day. Apparently I suck at sleeping, I average around 5 hours a night. Have been gritting my teeth really bad, actually broke off a chunk of tooth whilst in Walmart. Yikes. Hubby and I aren't doing too well. It's been a couple of weeks and some things have come to light that's causing us to contemplate our marriage. Started journaling again, it's nice emptying my mind onto the page. Anyway, I hope y'all are doing well! Sarah

    I admire you that you didn’t miss the gym and kept journaling despite as you write ‘not doing so well’, I too can’t sleep well, not getting enough hours, yet no kid here anymore.. it’s hard to stick with the goals, function and make everyone happy.
