Fri 05/10: cal in 2424, cal burned 4425, carbs 29(26), 84%/11%/5%
Sat 05/11: cal in 2348, cal burned 1885, carbs 11(8), 89%/9%/2%
Sun 05/12: cal in 2701, cal burned 190, carbs 2(2), 81%/19%/0%
Mon 05/13: cal in 2451, cal burned 250, carbs 4(4), 90%/9%/1%

Week Ave: 2473 cal, 1988 cal burned, carbs 13(12), 86%/12%/2%
Calories up but below the 2500 max. Calories burned down due to holidays. Carbs down nicely. Fat% up, pro% same, carb%down. That puts my percentages right where I want them. I have been working this May Fat challenge on my Team Keto! and I am hopeful that it will help me to get my metabolism working better AND to cut my protein down to where it should be. It has been too high, according to my keto guru friends. My next challenge is going to be to keep the percentages in line but get the calories down closer to the 1800-2000 range.
I'm leaving for England on Tuesday. I will be gone from May 21- May 29. I will do my best to remain on task. I cannot promise to be online as much as I would like but I will have my phone with me. Just no access to a lap top. I will probably have to do my tracking when I get back home. Forgive me not getting a blog posted.. IF that does happen. I will try to get it done.
This is the LAST WEIGH IN for the Swing Into Spring challenge. It's been a good challenge. I am excited about the Summer challenge because my beloved Lovely Limes are changing our team name to the Rockin' Red Foxes. We are excited about this new chapter in our journey to better health & better lives. We are looking forward to a fun & fit summer.
