Down 0.2 This Week Is Not So Bad...

...despite some dishonesty in my tracking last week. That includes 94% fat free butter popcorn & flirting with the light brown sugar. So I started my brand new WW Freestyle by not restocking on what I needed when appropriate and not only getting my meal prepping done. But also, adding some new portion controlled snacks to the mix. Plus, for 3 SmartPoints per cup, Oat Milk. I had that as a snack and it was delicious.
As always, last week's meals were tracked, as was my activity based on my schedule.
At 202 even, I am exactly where I need to be to stay within Free Lifetime. However, I would love to return to Onderland very soon. Let's see what happens as this new week on WW Freestyle progresses!
