Eat what you want one day a week

Once a week, although I don't call it cheating . I go off my eating plan and allow myself to eat what I want. I still drink only water 6 to 8 glasses every day. This keeps you hydrated !!!

    It's a good plan as long you you don't go off the deep end and undo your hard work all week.
