Starting Cathe LiTe DVD Series on May 20, 2019

May 17, 2019 – Fri - I just finished previewing the Cathe LiTe DVD series and feel I now have a better idea of how it may work per my training style.

I am going to use the LiTe One Month Rotation as a guide. On the days that Rev'd Up Rumble dvd is scheduled I will take as an "off day". I don't like kickboxing style of workouts plus it will give me 2 days off each training week.

Another modification that I am considering is selection of one of the shorter Premixes shown on the Pyramid Pump DVD. I won't work out beyond 45-60 minutes and it is 82 minutes long.

That's what my LiTe choices will look like starting on Monday, May 20.
