For those of us who want to live healthier we plan ahead then make each day count. It seems it all boils down to one message such as this little inspiring image:




Three things are most important in my opinion.
1. Eat right (Good foods that fuel the body)
2. Exercise to keep the body in good working order running like a well oiled machine.
3. Get the proper amount of sleep.
