Scale fail!

Weight has gone up 4 weeks in a row so what do you do? Reboot: Healthy 226 calorie breakfast. Stir up some positive self talk. Up the activity. Hide the junk foods the rest of the family enjoys. Drink lots of water (see that sweet nalgene bottle in the picture?). I find a cute water container that I carry around all day helps me drink. Pull a U'ie!!!!!
