I'm always excited to see a new number in the 10s column! 0.4lbs to go to reach the 30lb lost mark.
Yesterday I noticed that I can actually see curves to my figure and I'm not just a cylinder. There might actually be hips & a waistline.
Now to keep working my butt off to reach my next 5lb goal. 155 I'm coming for you! My other goals include being able to do lunges without holding onto a support & making sure my dogs get their walks.
