Time Flies When You Are Failing

I have been on an eating binge since the Holidays. I just can't seem to get full no matter what I eat and I can't decide what to do to get back on track. I had some success with intermittent fasting but I cannot tolerate the high fat, high protein diet that is all the rage at the moment. I have to have my yearly blood tests this morning and I am dreading the results. I am so unhappy with my denials regarding my eating habits over the past few months and today is the day I get real with myself.
