Time to stride forward

I've successfully maintained my initial 30 pound weight loss for six months and it's time for the next leg of my journey. I committ to rack every calorie and stay within my range for the next 60 days. At that point I'll evaluate if I'm ready for another holding phase.
Looking forward to achieving my non weight goals of getting up off the floor more easily and putting on boots without contortions.
