I have been a little discouraged that I haven't really lost weight yet despite my trying so hard! BUT I realized there are other changes. I feel better through out the day when I get up early and do my work outs and the muscles in my calves are so much tighter again! When I don't work out I am disappointed and feel like I am missing something so I make it a point to take the dogs for a walk around the lake twice or go to the beach and walk at least a mile. I am stronger and my cravings are way down!! I am happier.
