Day 147 - low energy

Didn’t feel too good last night, went to bed early. Feels like I have a bit of a bug. But at the same time made me recognize that I haven’t had a headache in a very long time. Could be many things, but definitely has to do with losing weight and/or what I am eating. Maybe less salt, more water, etc.

Didn’t get a lot of work-work done today, just didn't feel like it. Have to make up tomorrow to get a head start into the week. But spending time at home with the family, rearranging some furniture, caught up a bit on SP - all good things.

Didn’t feel like eating much, had some eggs for breakfast and cottage cheese for lunch. Dinner had some red snapper and shrimp.

May get another good night sleep tonight to be ready for tomorrow. Have some plans, need to get out of the house. Don’t want to waste the whole weekend.

Positive I am in better shape tomorrow.

And, on a positive note - down 72lbs this morning! Super happy!
