It's been a long time. A lot has changed in my life. With the changes came a lot of depression. Nothing mattered. Not my health, not my weight, I felt pretty worthless. The stress caused me to eat and eat and eat
I finally began to accept the changes and work harder at being at least content if not happy with them. It was a struggle, but with my new attitude came a new desire to get my eating habits under control and work on losing weight.
This is day 3 and I applaud myself for doing well. I still have a lot to re-learn but it's coming back to me.
