Serenity now...………..with walnuts.
In a study, people who ate about an ounce (18 halves) of walnuts a day experienced a lower blood-pressure response to a high-stress situation than people who didn't eat the nuts.
Walnuts are rich in inflammation-fighting omega-3 fatty aids.
I always have walnuts on hand and eat them with cereal, as a snack, in other foods, etc.
