We can only do what we're able to do. I'm so sorry for your pain. Gentle stretches can act like a massage to your joints and connective tissue and may bring you some relief. Breathe deeply as you do these stretches and relax into the stretch. Focus your mind and tell your muscles to relax. I've found this to be the best exercise ever! 28 days ago
