Highlight -
I found the inspiring 1 mile walk by Leslie Sansone. I used this years ago, but the video was taken down when her website changed. It was thrilling to find it again. The walk only requires a small space and takes about 15 minutes.

Gratitude -
I was able to stand long enough to make the dish for a picnic.(Usually my back seizes up.)

I began walking with Leslie about seven years ago. From her I expanded to include Jessica Smith...Shelly Dose, HASFIT, AngiefitnessTV...I’ve found others. I listed my favs. With the ease, access, variety of workouts available on YouTube, there’s really no excuse not to workout. All kinds of people make accommodations or show modifications to personalize according to your needs. I’m a workout at home only girl...in a tiny space in my family room. I’m also a fitness beast, didn’t even know an athlete lived inside of me. Getting to know her has truly changed my life. When I don’t sweat and earn those endorphins...it ain’t pretty. Strong is hot, chica...exercising our strong empowers!!!
