I love to sabotage myself. 😝 I had 1880 calories, about 300-400 more than I need. It's all self control and planning problems. I can do better. My worst time is from around 8 pm to midnight. I want to snack. I just have to plan better. I know I'm allowing myself too many junk calories. My body isn't properly fueled, and I'm not doing myself any favors by giving into a junk food addiction. Goal today: zero junk calories.
