Weekly Goals - Make It Happen

emoticon Happy Sunday! Last week is behind me and I am focusing on being more productive with a positive attitude. Today, I plan to be the boss girl I was too lazy to be last week. I'm going to make it happen and shock everyone. How about you? Where are you mentally, physically, and spiritually on today?

Weekly Motto - I believe in myself and trust in my abilities to succeed in all I do.

Fitness Goals:

1. Exercise 60 to 90 minutes per day
2. Daily Steps 10,500 to 12,000 per day
3. Miles 5 to 6 miles per day
3. Sleep at least 6 hours per night
4. Daily Calorie Intake 1,204 to 1,544 per day
