25.5 Pounds lost in exactly two months!

I purchased a really good scale on March 19, 2019, and began my official weigh-in schedule.
On March 19, the first day, I weighed 245.0 lbs.
On May 19, two months exactly, I now weigh 219.5.
That's a total of just over 25 lbs in that short time!
I am SO pleased because I am in my mid 60s, and I don't exercise, but through my diet and IF way of eating, I have beaten the "don't expect to lose much weight after menopause" trope.
Also, before I began weighing officially, I'd lost 15 lbs already, so that's a total of 40 lbs off since late February. I still have 40 - 50 lbs to go until I reach a reasonable healthy goal, but at least I am now HALFWAY there!
