Sunday Day 43 Resting

Last week I simply reached the end of my ability to keep pushing through. Aside from the must-do essentials, I let up on almost everything. I stopped worrying about pushing for another lb down and just ate comfortably. We had fast food twice for dinners because time was more important though I made reasonable choices. I went to bed early without worrying about whether things were done or not. I just hadn’t got it within me to do any more. I did accomplish one major goal and left it at that. I managed 10,000+steps every workday but it wasn’t easy.
Today I went back to bed after a not very good night and woke up somewhat better.
