Day 51 - Pushed my workout!

I really pushed myself today on my workout. Finally, after 50 days of exercising I am finally pushing myself harder because I have more energy and my knee and ankle have stopped giving me trouble when exercising. I feel blessed and lucky that I can correct my aches and pains! Yesterday, I pushed hard for about 5 minutes and today for about 20 minutes of my total exercise time! Almost 10K steps!
