How to lose 30 pounds when nothing helps!

was the fourth size (5'5“ 108LBS) 10 years ago. I did not deny myself food and did not refuse alcohol on holidays. I am a freelance copywriter working at home. It became more convenient for me to work reclining on the sofa, and then lying in bed with a computer table on my lap five years ago. My size began to grow, and my hair has a very short haircut. Gradually, blood pressure began to rise (160/100). I do not like to sweat in the gym, and I like to swim. I swim 1000 breaststroke shots. It helps me restrain weight gain. But it is challenging to refuse sweet and flour products. In general, I love meat dishes; especially I love to bake pies. Today I have 150LBS and the eightе size. It's time to change the increase in my size, and I collect all my determination for this! My husband keeps himself in great shape; he looks ten years younger as an athlete. He considers that I need to go on a diet, increase swimming, and also do fitness workouts with a trainer (dosing, targeting muscle groups ...). It's hard for me to change so much. For this, I came to the SparkPeople. Does anyone have a thought? Help me with your experience! How did you solve your problem? Call out, please!

    Yoga is less sweaty option, easy place to start, and huge stress reliever. Sleep and stress impact weight big time.

    One healthy change at a time. There are 100s healthy recipes for pie on spark people plus app, switch flour or start using plain yogurt instead shortening. Tahini instead of peanut butter,etc

    Don't try and start everything at once. It can be overwhelming and you won't stick with it. I started with walking daily, striving for 10000 steps a day. Once I accomplished that, I added other life style changes.

    Few people enjoy the weight loss process but we see a goal and start working towards it. Start slowly if you have too but just start
