Tracking food is the game changer

I’ve been tracking my food for over two weeks now. I’ve lost number 7 pounds. I’ve tracked when I’ve gone over. I’ve exercised every single day. I really think the tracking is the key for me.

    I agree and looking at my percentage chart really helps me. Seeing that my fat intake is under 30% has been one of the biggest helps and sometimes I check the food before eating to make sure I am staying within the 45-65 carbs, 30 for fat and 20 for protein. Works for me!
