Up again

Scale jumped up again today. I know it is not my calorie level, so today I will shake things up a bit. Usual breakfast of about 200 calories followed by protein shake for lunch and perhaps for dinner. Inactive day as I must spend it at the desk and it will be hot and humid. Event, weight loss will resume.

    When that happens, there's a couple of things that could be happening: too few or too many calories, too much or too little exercise and possible water weight if you're building muscle. Shaking things up and seeing what changes can be made is a good idea.
