Week 96: The Plan for Hurdle Week

Week 5 is the Wednesday of routine change for me. It's the Hump Day, the Hurdle Week. The week where I'm simultaneously so in the routine that measuring and tracking isn't even a big deal while also being overconfident that I can do this without measuring or tracking.

Yeah. Not cool.

But, I'm acknowledging it and talking about it and I'm hoping that helps. I've been overworking the last few weeks getting ready for a major deadline and that's been a struggle. Looking forward to getting away with friends for the weekend to Wisconsin for some antiquing and board games.

(MEATLESS) MONDAY: Toasted gnocchi with sweet peas, asparagus, and mushrooms
TUESDAY: Phở Bò Viên (Vietnamese meatball soup, one of my very favorite things!)
WEDNESDAY: Grilled steaks & sweet potatoes (husband's request night!)
THURSDAY: Buffalo chicken salad
