Monday Mood...

I know I haven't done a real "blog" in a while...attribute it to laziness and also that there is "nothing" to report...no big drops in weight...no increase in muscle mass, etc...

I am still working on my issue with consistency so that will be my "goal" for now...at least 4 days this week of working out...for a min of 30 mins each time...

That is feasible, right?

    Blogs are super tedious for me too. 30m 4x a week will help with motivation and consistency. Try the #moveit goal setter. It helped me!
