Putting into practice the making of a healthy visual appealing meal's

One of the things that I learned from the MOVE Program is adding colors to our meals. Over the weekend I went grocery shopping and purchased fresh spinach, bell peppers in red orange and yellow colors. One of my new favorites that I have been making at dinner is Purple Potatoes, I just love that deep color of the potatoes (taste just like any other potato) .
Since I have been working on adding more colors to my foods I no longer drown them in condiments.
Scrambled egg beaters with bell peppers and spinach left over purlpe potatoes, mixed fruit cup with tea
Nice Cob salad, fresh pear chocolate almond milk
What I've added with each meal water it's easier for me to get my water in is just do it with each meal.
Dinning out I now ask for a glass of water with my meals.
I learned a lot from the MOVE Program it's now putting it all together and not going back to old habits. I'm so glad I asked to get into that program. I'm still working on the MOVE Program app I need to keep in practice
