Still Pushing

I still haven't been on SP much, but I'm still on track and exceeding my weight loss goals. My boyfriend convinced me to do a 21-day slim down challenge, which we recently completed. I lost 6.8 lbs during the challenge. In totality, I'm down 28 lbs. since the beginning of the year and 35 lbs. from my start weight.

My goal has been to lose 4 lbs. per month. During the challenge I was on very specific foods, but now I am transitioning back to what I was eating prior to the challenge. My eating habits were already pretty good, and making good choices doesn't seem to be hard anymore.

I am officially down from a size 16 to a size 12! I can wear almost everything in my closet now, and I have already given a lot of my larger clothes to a friend who is losing weight and needs clothes to move into.

I have 16 more pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal of 145 lbs., and my new target date is September 8, 2019!
