Ugh frustrating isn't it?!

Been awhile since i posted, eh? emoticon

Weight loss, so frustrating! So easy to add, so hard to subtract. I readjusted my goals, again. set a new goal for 10 lbs, go 10 at a time instead of straight up 80. Maybe will be less frustrating staring at a smaller number then one big number. We will see how that works. I have an appointment with a doc in less then a month, and I should have at least 10 lbs less then the last time I saw him, but I have ZERO lost. SOOO disappointing. I need some explosives or something, blow the edge off this plateau I'm living on, turn it into a ski worthy hill! GRRR! emoticon

And WOW Physical Therapy sucks sometimes! I don't care what people say it's exercise! Even if it doesn't burn a lot of calories, stretching and strengthening is painful! And hard! And makes me sore! So I so count it :P just have no idea what to count it AS! emoticon

Maybe I will mow the lawn tomorrow. I haven't mowed in two weeks. My brother did it last week cause i wasn't feeling able. We will see how I feel tomorrow after I recover from P.T.!

    Depending on how hard I'm doing it, I'll either list it as "Stretching / Flexibility Training (general)" or "Yoga (general stretching)" (listing it as stretching counts 2 calories for 5 minutes, yoga counts 20 calories for 5 minutes).

    I'm struggling a bit, too. But we are still here - and that counts for a lot.

    I lost weight ten pounds at a time. It would have overwhelmed me to look at the whole total. You bet PT is hard work but oh so worth it!

    I stopped looking at the weight goal and the new habit I was picking-up or dropping that I lost weight was more positive and now I have healthy habits I enjoy.
