Update on my Goals and habits

Well I am still doing good on the snacks I only eat more than 3 if I lose food. I am still doing good in exercise; I only missed one day last week. I am doing good in the choclate and sweets department. I only ate chocolate for snacks on my birthday and I still am absitinent on my Nips. I will do that until the month is up.
I am trying to stay upbeat by posting my three blessing each day and try not to complain too much. I have realiuzed that as long as the bus driver gets everyone where they need or want to go for the most part that nothing will change. Obviously the transportation coordinator is letting him run the show and until there is a serious problem we have to deal with it. I am praying for a resolution to my daughter's situation with the state. Today she went to to be tested to see if she is able to work at all. Keep on praying cause she is wore out.
I am eating at least 5 freggies most days now as well and my sodium has been pretty good as well. The only thing where i am not doing quite as good is my games. There were 2-3 dayts last week where I spent more than a half hour playing them. Problem is I do not always look at the time when I start to play. I guess I am going to have to do that from now on. And also watch the time when I read a book too. Often i get into a funk and let my emotions take over. I need to do better from now on.
Good news is I got asked to help lead another team on Sparks today and that will keep me busy I know. The other team I am a coleader of is not doing so good. I would hate to see it go since it helped so many people a few years ago.
