Yesterday, I found Google Fit for my phone. It works really well. It tracks my steps and it tracks exercises if I tell it to. I wish I remembered to take my phone everywhere, but that will come in time.
No real sweet cravings today. Fiber keeping me full. Tomorrow I have yoga. Did Jane Fonda again today for 26 minutes and 20 minutes on the bike. I'll probably do another 10-15 on the bike. It's still early so I may get some more steps in. My goal is 6,000 to start and I'm at 5,717 so we'll see how it goes.
