As I've gotten older my commitment to living a healthy life has stayed steady but some of my reasons have changed as the years have passed.
1. To remain strong, flexible, and active into old age.
2. To live long enough to see some of my grandchildren grow into happy, productive adults.
3. To do everything I can to avoid the terrible consequences of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
4. To look good in my clothes and wear what I want without having to worry about "my butt looking big".
I'm always adjusting my process to optimize results and keep on a path toward my goals but I wil never give up.
