Weekend off, missed my workouts. Glad to be back to normal!

Been several days since I was able to post. My daugher had her dance show this weekend so I was busy and because of the show, my adult ballet was cancelled. Bummer! And we have two weeks off, so that is 3 weeks I am responsible or making sure I get my ballet exercises in at home. I don't want to lose any progress there.
Sadly I took Saturday and Sunday off of exercise. I usually only take one day a week, oh well. Got right back to it today! And my calories are on point today. I am shocked again, shocked at how sluggish and tired I was after a weekend of rest and heavier foods. No wonder I was always tired before! I'll take tracking my calories and daily exercise thank you very much! I never want to go back! I like feeling great!
