Wow...my days have been quite crazy and I haven't posted in about a week. My intermittent fasting has been going well. I actually did more than a 24 hour fast last week. Ate dinner Thursday night, and didn't eat anything again until close to 1:00 pm on Saturday. I felt fantastic until I ate the sugar laden crepes, and greasy hash brown potatoes at Denny's... Ugh! And today, stress caused the old emotional eating monster to raise its ugly head. I wanted chocolate or chips so badly, but I did not cave to the temptation! A small accomplishment, but one that I am very proud of!!! 5/20/19
